of ‘experienced beginner’ to professional levels to practice and play with the moves they’ve learned in class. An instructor is present at all times to facilitate and is available to help only when needed. If you are a beginner, you must ask your instructor for prior approval before attending open gym.

INTERMEDIATE AERIALS

INTERMEDIATE AERIALS

This class will take our beginner students to the next level by adding on to progressions taught in previous classes. This class will continue to build the basic foundations for more advanced aerials by focusing in on students’ strength training and proper engagement. Students must attend beginner aerials classes before attending intermediate and have prior approval from instructor. This class will focus on silks and may cover other apparatus *Please confirm your level with our pre-requisites.

Have you ever wanted to try aerial arts but didn’t know where to begin? Look no further! This class is for you! Come try all of our various apparatuses, starting from the very beginning of each. This class is perfect for anyone curious about the artform, as well as anyone seeking a prerequisite for the higher level classes.

YOUTH AERIALS

YOUTH AERIALS

This class will give your child a strong foundation in aerial arts. Students will learn the basic climbs, poses, and aerial vocabulary. There is really no better way to instill confidence, strength, and physical wellness in your child. This class will prepare students with all necessary pre-requisites to grow into higher level classes. Minimum age is 6 years old. Contact us directly for questions.

ADVANCED SILKS & YOUTH INT/ADV

ADVANCED SILKS & YOUTH INT/ADV

These classes are structured around building and improving intermediate students’ aerial vocabulary and strength. Mostly centered around the fabric, these classes will move at a faster pace with a heavy emphasis on building strength for more advanced moves. All students must have prior approval and a skills test before attending these classes. Students must be 14 years + to attend the adult class. *Please confirm your level with our pre-requisites.

BEGINNER HOOP & HARD APPARATUS

BEGINNER HOOP & HARD APPARATUS

This class is structured around learning the basics of aerial hoop (lyra) and other hard apparatus (i.e. cube, trapeze, etc). If you are curious about different apparatus or would like to expand your hoop vocabulary, this class is right for you with a structured lesson covering a variety of poses, drops, sequencing, and even choreography.

Class Prerequisites

YOUTH INTERMEDIATE

YOUTH INTERMEDIATE

Students must be capable of the following: traditional and eggbeater foot locks, pull-up holds for 15 seconds or longer, in-air inversions, and hip-key.

INTERMEDIATE AERIALS

INTERMEDIATE AERIALS

Students must be capable of the following: at least one pull up, at least one in-air inversion, mastery of traditional (French) and Russian climbs, in-air foot locks.

INTERMEDIATE HOOP

INTERMEDIATE HOOP

Students must be capable of the following: at least one pull up, knee hangs with no hands, straddle up mount, straddle back, mermaid.

YOUTH ADVANCED

YOUTH ADVANCED

Students must be capable of the following: in-air inversions, 3-5 pull-ups, in-air hip-key, working on straddle climbs, and must be able to sustain yourself in the air for 2 minutes at a time.

ADVANCED SILKS

ADVANCED SILKS

Must be capable of the following in the air (from the ground does not count): cross-back straddle, hip-key, egg beaters, at least 3 variations of climbs, single and double foot locks, must be confident and comfortable with in-air inversions, and sustain in the air for at least 3 minutes. If you are unsure of your level, come to a beginner/intermediate level class or send us a video for assessment.
